Dokal Game is not a large media outlet. It is still an early-stage service, and it is not a place with heavy traffic. So we do not tell you "this many people will see it" or "your sales will go up". What we do instead is make the ad and run it ourselves.
It suits owners who have no time to produce creative, or who are unsure where and how to publish it. It also works as a small trial before spending a large advertising budget.

Payment is by card or simple payment (Toss Payments), and we can issue a tax invoice or a cash receipt. If you would prefer a bank transfer, please say so during the consultation.
What we guarantee and what we do not
An ad is a product that provides an opportunity to be seen in the agreed placement, period and format. This is the same standard as our Advertising Policy.
We guarantee
- Your ad running for the agreed period (7 days)
- The items listed in the package description above
- Reviewing and agreeing the draft before the run
- A summary of results, within what can be measured, after the run ends
We do not guarantee
- Impressions, clicks or visitor counts
- Sales, bookings, conversion rates or other business results
- Any particular ranking or search visibility
- Discounts or benefits your business has not offered
A full refund is available before the run starts. Refunds after the run has started follow our Refund Policy.
Where will it appear
Your ad actually runs in the ad slot on the Dokal Game home screen. That placement is the product itself. The other channels below are optional extras in the Brand Partner package, agreed together during the consultation within what is possible at the time. We do not put unconfirmed channels into a contract.

The home ad slot rotates several ads; it is not exclusive placement. Video creatives appear in a different position from images, so we explain that separately during the consultation. We confirm the exact placement and format on each channel with you during the consultation.
How it works
- Request a consultation — leave your contact details in the form below and we will get in touch.
- Free draft — send us a photo of your shop or a link, and we will make an ad draft first. There is no cost up to this point.
- Pay once you are happy — you only pay when you like the draft.
- The run — we run it for 7 days from the start date you choose.
- Results — after it ends we put together the results, within what can be measured, and send them to you.
Creative specifications
- Image: PNG recommended, 1440 × 1920px, up to 5MB
- Video: MP4 or WebM, up to 20MB
- Ad copy: up to 50 characters
- You do not need to have creative ready. Send us photos and information and we will make it for you.
Every ad is reviewed against the prohibited and restricted advertising standards in our Advertising Policy. For sectors with separate legal requirements — medical, financial, alcohol and so on — we may ask for supporting documents.

Frequently asked questions
What if the ad does not work?
We do not guarantee results. What we guarantee is the run for the agreed period and the items we listed. That is why we show you the draft before payment and ask you to pay only once you are satisfied.
If I make a donation, can I get advertising?
No. A donation is voluntary support for the service and provides no advertising or other economic benefit. Advertising is only sold as an advertising package.
Do I have to make the creative myself?
No. For the Starter Partner and Brand Partner packages we make it for you. Just send us photos of your shop, your menu, and the link you want to connect.
Can I take the ad down partway through?
Yes. A full refund applies before the run starts, and stopping mid-run is handled under our Refund Policy.
