  5. Advertisers must respond to revision requests by the deadline; otherwise the schedule may be canceled or rejected.

7. Delivery and performance

  1. Advertising provides an opportunity for exposure according to the contracted placement, format, and period.
  2. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, we do not guarantee impressions, clicks, visitors, inquiries, revenue, conversions, search ranking, or delivery to a particular user.
  3. Actual delivery may vary due to users, devices, browsers, networks, ad blockers, screen size, incidents, and third-party network policies.
  4. Reporting is based on system logs and may exclude or later correct bot, duplicate, or abnormal traffic.
  5. Advertisers may not manipulate metrics through refreshing, automation, employee or affiliate clicking, or similar conduct.

8. Third-party networks and rewarded ads

  1. Where Google AdSense or another network is used, that network’s policies also apply.
  2. We do not force users to click, purchase, or submit personal data, or promise rewards in a manner prohibited by the network.
  3. Reward conditions are displayed in the Service; where the network supplies server-side completion evidence, that evidence may control.
  4. Rewards may be limited by daily caps, account or guest identity, IP, nonce, and minimum viewing time.
  5. No reward may be issued where completion cannot be verified because of blockers, network failure, early closure, or evidence failure.

9. Privacy and tracking

  1. To deliver ads and prevent abuse, we may process campaign ID, impression and click time, account or guest identifier, and limited or hashed IP and User-Agent data.
  2. Advertiser reporting is generally aggregated and does not disclose direct identifiers such as individual email, phone number, or address.
  3. The advertiser is responsible for lawful privacy notices and consent on any landing page collecting personal data.
  4. Third-party networks may process cookies or advertising identifiers under their own policies.
  5. See the Privacy Policy for details.

  3. Change-of-mind refunds may be limited after review, scheduling, technical preparation, or delivery begins.
  4. A full refund may be limited where rejection or suspension is caused by illegal, infringing, deceptive, or non-compliant advertiser content or destinations.
  5. If no advertising is provided throughout the scheduled period because of our fault, we will offer re-delivery, an extension, partial refund, or full refund.
  6. Underperformance alone is not refundable.
  7. The Refund Policy applies, and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Advertiser indemnity

The advertiser is responsible for third-party claims, complaints, or enforcement arising from its ads, destination, goods, services, personal-data collection, or infringement. To the extent allowed by law and proportionate to fault, the advertiser must compensate reasonable loss caused to the Operator. This does not transfer liability for our own willful or negligent conduct.

12. User controls and reporting

Users may use available close, back, or other controls. Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious ads may be reported with the ad screen, URL, and time.

We may suspend the ad, request evidence, restrict an account, cancel payment, or cooperate with authorities after reviewing a report.

13. Changes and controlling language

We may revise this Policy due to changes in law, third-party network policy, or service operation. Material changes will be announced before taking effect. If the Korean version and a translation conflict, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
